When someone offers you a deal thats not in your favour and you want to reject it just click the "care to negotiate", then in this screen click never mind. You dont get a mark againt you for rejecting their deal?

Is there a mod or something i am missing in game as I feel its not right that when you capture a city or in my case just 5 cities from the greeks yet i dont acquire any of their techs? I have their scientists and buildings now, so surely i have their knowledge? Any suggestions? thanks
