Is there a mod to fix this annoying poor design AI UI

Hi guys

Is there a mod that fixes the AI chat screen so that when it takes a while to come up and you have already pressed enter to end your turn for example it does not store this and use it when the pop up comes up? Far to many AI talks are ended instantly with un known questions and answers given from me!

Also a mod that replace, youe head would look good on a pole with other random war quotes, Pole (War) is really boring me.
