Civ 4 Best mods and installations question - Seeking Realism

Hi Guys

I am looking ot play Civ 4 BTS with a little more realism in play.
So I am downloading the blue marble mod (takes ages btw!), and i see their are ethnic unit and city mods, and i also see a text speak mod.

Anyway my question is how do i install them all and run them all at once?
Can this be done , or must you run one mod at a time?

Also if anyone has any other ideas or mods they use that may make Civ more real i would love to hear of them.

I believe the Blue Marble mod will overwrite files in Civ, so it's not the same kind of mod that most others you download are. Unfortunately to combine several mods together, you have to create a single mod incorporating all of them, last I looked.
