So, My first spy was on England's capital and managed to steal a tech (I'm far behind on that), he wasn't caught therefore got upgraded. NExt turn Elizabeth comes asking me to not spy on her. Do you know if someone steals a tech from you? I though it would just say "some player"

Anyone else having problems with steam right now? I have a 20mbps connection, tried download something else a couple of mins ago, got almost full speed, but speed is not passing the 200kbps mark and is consistently dropping to 0. Is it just me or is someone else having problems?

It happened with me on both of my victories. The achievement didn't unlock the first time I got it. I had to load a save and re-win to have them unlock. First was as Cat, on continental, epic, domination, prince, large. Second as Monty on standard, warlord, culture victory. Anyone else saw this?

I've had a problem write now with a lot of preferences not sticking on my game. The Show Queue check, which display should appear on top and a few others. Everytime I load or start a new game they are back to default. Is this a bug, feature, or there is an option somewhere I can't find?
