Would this be feasible?

I want to start my first mini mod to get a good grip of the coding and the style, but before moving on I want to ask if you guys think that without DLL access this is possible. I want to create a menu option to restart a game with the current settings and map mid game.

would be a nice feature. one thing about civ after all these years, restarting a map is a given. it's quick now for regular games, but there should of been a 'play now' option for mods and to also take into account advanced options
