After the chaos that previously ruined the base's attempts at justice, for once they were surprisingly focused.
They narrowed their frustrastions down to just two candidates.
In the end, as the votes were tallied, one pulled just ahead.
The Colonel saw no problems with this.
He was just glad they'd finally stopped ing long enough to help narrow the list of suspects.
The victim was drawn out in front of the rest of the camp's soldiers, as the Colonel drew his sidearm.
As the sharp retort brought the poor soul down, it was obvious that:
He might've not been the killer after all, but it wasn't in vain.
After all, his death would serve as an example to the real perpetrators and, besides, the Colonel had never had that much patience for the pervert's.. "attention" towards him and the other soldiers.
Everyone filed back to the barracks that evening double-quick, lest they incur the Colonel's wrath.
