It's just that from the write-up it's not clear to me wether he was some kind of neutral, serial killer or a mafia member. I'm guessing the latter though.
Catching up on the thread I figured that big a bandwagon was gonna be another Red Army, but it worked out ok. One-person faction though, so not much to go on for voting patterns.
