Operation Tet for Tat (a.k.a the end of K.C.U.F)
Things were looking grim for the K.C.U.F Alliance. Abbottsfordian cells in China, in conjunction with Nova Terran Storm Commandos, located and destroyed multiple nuclear missile silos. The remainder were fired at Abbottsford in retaliation, but they were easily laughed off by Abbottsfords missile defence system.
The leadership of K.C.U.F, in a desperate bid to destroy the support for the Resistance in their country, decided to take out the Chinese leadership once and for all by overwhelming the Chinese. What kind of strategy works well against the Chinese? Mongolian strategy where you pick up your entire country and invade, obviously. The entire K.C.U.F army pushed into Xinjiang (and Kazakhstan as they were going in that direction anyway). They overwhelmed the combined Chinese and Kazak forces and severely damaged Abbottsfords expeditionary forces in the region. Abbotts C.A.T.S managed to hold off the Alliance forces at the capital, Borats village, as the Vietnamese needed to stop their attack so as to reorganize their forces.
Although K.C.U.F achieved a victory on this front, in all other fronts they were crumbling. In Russia, Grand Moff Orlock and General Veers led a push into China. They were delayed by series of K.C.U.F guerrilla fighters who caused a few causalities and were generally annoying, but they were eventually destroyed by the Death Korps of Krieg. Once the guerrillas were dealt with, Nova Terra found that the resistance in China was very lacklustre as K.C.U.F had pulled almost all of their forces to the Xinjiang front. There were similar reports in Korea, the single Space Marine detachment drop podded from the
NTS Executor was able to take over the entirety of Korea. The Mystery Country and the Grand Asian Union had a similarly easy time with taking over China, taking vast chunks of land with virtually no resistance.
Once all of China (except Xinjiang) was back in the hands of the Chinese rebels, the Pacific Coalition initiated a pincer manoeuvre. Abbottsfordian forces attacked K.C.U.F from Kazakhstan while the rest of the Pacific Coalition surrounded them. It was a bloodbath, with the Coalition forces outnumbering the K.C.U.F forces almost 3-to-1. An extremely brave battalion of Mysterious Shadowswords were able to clear a path through some mountains to allow Manly Dan and his crew to capture General Jack D. Ripper. With their leader captured, the remaining K.C.U.F forces began to use their spaceships to retreat to Catachan. Commander Jeice, who had just arrived from Space Australia, attempted to stop the K.C.U.F forces from escaping. He instead got punched in the face repeatedly by a Vietnamese war hero, Colonel Potts, until he died. Fortunately for Jeice, death is merely a minor setback in the Dragonball universe so hell probably be back sometime next week. Unfortunately for the Coalition, he distracted the Nova Terrans with his antics enough that a few K.C.U.F shuttles were able to escape to Catachan undetected.
Although some of K.C.U.Fs leadership escaped to Catachan, they have truly lost this war. All of Asia is now in the Pacific Coalitions hands. It is extremely likely that what remains of K.C.U.F will try and find a peace settlement. Now all that is left is to do is divide up the lands between the winning powers. The Great Betrayal (a.k.a Operation Friendship)
Now, before I explain what happened here Ive got to go out of character for a moment to explain the depth of these events. The way I do espionage I compare the defenders and attackers POL strength in the nation and then I roll a 1D100, rolling below a certain number will mean victory for the attacker and if they roll above it then thats victory for the defender. A 1 or a 100 is a critical success/failure, depending on your perspective.
What does that have to do with anything? Well, you see a few turns ago the Mystery Country invested POL into Nova Terra because they were worried about their move into fascism. During Nova Terras counterespionage sweeps against the Mystery Country (although Nova Terra had no idea that was the Mystery Country they were performing operations against) they rolled a critical failure. This caused the Mystery Country to find a Cabal of people in Nova Terras government that were dissatisfied with Nova Terras government. With the support and blessing of the Mystery Country, they sabotaged Nova Terra with the eventual goal of toppling the Nova Terran government and establishing a series of republics in America. However, on this turn when I was rolling to see how the Mystery Nation and Abbottsfords joint espionage operation against Nova Terra to initiate Operation Friendship, they rolled a critical failure. This is the result. We now return to your regularly scheduled funposting.
A high ranking member of the Mysterious Cabal that had infiltrated itself into the Nova Terran government decided to pull a double Judas. Realising that their reasons for rebelling against Nova Terra were mostly moot now and that if the Cabal was allowed to succeed it would ensure that Nova Terra was put under foreign dominations forever, he contacted Connie Marshall and told her everything. How the Mystery Country first contacted them, how they and Abbottsford were conspiring against them and the identities of the Cabals highest members. Using this information, Nova Terra was able to turn this situation around.
Nova Terra quietly mobilized their armies, moving them from across the Americas to the north to prepare for the Mysterious attack. They also kept a close eye on the rest of the Cabal, but they made no overt actions so as not to arouse suspicion. That was until Agent Smith arrived in New Port City. They were led to believe that he would assist them in shoring up their espionage defences, but now they knew the truth. Agent Smith was invited to Connies office, where he was promptly executed by the Imperator herself. Or at least they think so, it could have easily been one of his clones. Immediately after this, they arrested the rebellion leaders. This sudden turn of events forced the Mysterious army to move early. Not only were they underprepared but instead of finding a lightly defended border and large amounts of popular support, they were met with a heavily defended border and practically no rebel support. Unfortunately for Nova Terra, they were quite exhausted by the war in Asia and the Mysterious army was still larger thanks to their large build-up. This allowed the Mysterious army to advance, albeit very slowly. These events have allowed the Nova Terran government to spin the attack as a foreign invasion as opposed to some sort of democratic revolution, causing the population of Nova Terra to mobilize against this threat to their country. This has caused the Mysterious Nation to lose the ever important PR war, something that they really couldnt afford to lose.
Although the invasion hasnt gone anywhere near as well for the Mystery Country or Abbottsford as they once predicted, they still have a massive advantage. The Nova Terran Solar Military is woefully overextended and undermanned thanks to losses incurred in the war against K.C.U.F. Although there are tens of thousands of people ready and willing to volunteer, they are all untrained and until they are trained they are next to useless. Thanks to the state of the military, it will be impossible for Nova Terra to hold onto all its land for the next year. What will this breakdown of the strongest military alliance and this ensuring war mean for the world?
Nekoese Civil War:
The Neko Imperium has truly collapsed, the Empress Katia Managan has fled the country and it is now ruled a group of feuding warlords and would-be-revolutionaries. The Lunar Kingdom of Bastetten intervened in the war by aligning themselves to one of the more powerful warlords via marriage and then declaring that the Imperium was under a personal union of the Lunar Kingdom. This annoyed most of the other warlords and revolutionary groups who saw this as blatant imperialism. They put aside their differences and organized themselves against the Lunar Kingdom in record time, leading Perils advisors to believe that they may have had outside help.
The rebels would have overwhelmed the pro-Lunar forces if it werent for the intervention of the Lunar Space Marines. These cats, trained to the fullest and with the newest equipment, utilized DROP PODS for DEEP STRIKES across Africa. The Lunar Space Marines were assisted by the
LSS Birdcatcher, the newly constructed Lunar Starcarrier, and newly developed hover tanks and artillery. With all of this technology, they overwhelmed the anti-Lunar forces and have installed a puppet government.
Although Peril now has control over Imperium, his advisors believe that this will not be the end of it. The superpowered citizenry are extremely unhappy with being ruled from the moon and are likely to try and revolt again. And they will probably come in greater force, especially if they continue to foreign support. Oh well, dealing with uppity peasants is par for the course when you are a Pharaoh.
Meanwhile in the Mediterranean:
After the peace treaty had been signed, the Church of Goomy evacuated Jerusalem. Romania was shocked to find that their capital had been sacked and practically everything that wasnt nailed down had been seized. Classic Goomish behaviour. Romania lodged a protest, but they couldnt really do much more than that as they cant really afford to go to war with Goomy again.
The Church overwhelmed the Napoleonic rebels with their well-coordinated tactics and their superior firepower, bringing Europe back under their control. Romania had much less success with their rebels. This was partially because of the Church of Goomys not-so-secret funding of Sinn Balk, that was also technically in violation of the treaty but they couldnt really do anything about it. The Ottomans in Anatolia finally revolted as well, they were also supported by Sinn Balk. The larger Romanian military was able to subdue the rebellion and push Sinn Balk back in to the Balkans, but the military of Romania is exhausted. With an election around the corner Romanias position on this issue could change. What will the future have in store for this sick Empire?

You might have noticed that I havent put any statistical notes in the update. Well thats because the engine has kind of
broken. Some very silly results happened this turn because of this spreadsheet and to fix it Id need a rule overhaul. So instead Im just going to fiat a few things and use the spreadsheet more of a reference rather than an unbiased guide. The epilogue was always going to be at least partially fiat so yeah; it was probably going to be like this anyway.
