depends how often sloz/loz updates the list as to when you go on there :)
 
If Civ4 didn't put enough of a dent in my contribution already, now that I have upgraded my RAM and gotten a new HD, I've set up a dual boot with Ubuntu Linux, and my F@H on Ubuntu contributes to TeamUbuntu instead of TeamCFC. Sorry guys. =\

*sigh* I had hoped it would never come to this, but your actions force my hand. I must now unleash Felix, Viking Kitty Of Doom, upon CFC.

The default is 0, same as everywhere. I set it to TeamUbuntu to show my support for Ubuntu with every unused cycle it leaves for F@H.
But no worries - right now I still intend to leave the Windows boot running while I sleep, the Linux version of F@H doesn't let me pick a max % usage so I need the Windows version to keep my CPU at good temperatures. But once I get better CPU cooling... :blush:
 
I was looking at our advanced teampage at http://fahstats.com/t.php?t=47958 - and the Milestones chart confused me. Poor IglooDude isn't mentioned - despite being the top contributor - because he's already passed all the milestones! :lol:
 
Are people now leaving on their computers, so they can contribute? Or were people leaving on their computers anyway?
 
I tend to leave my PC on anyway if I'm at home during the day or overnight to log a demogame turnchat. I leave it on so I can pop in and out, check e-mails, play a bit of Civ, do a bit of work, as the mood takes me. I don't leave it on when I'm at work or otherwise away from the house. Now of course my PC is productively folding when it's left on and I'm not actually using it. I get a lot of folding done when I'm otherwise just logging a turnchat!

I think the milestones only lists recent ones passed.
 
mines not on as much as it was during the inital enthusiam.. only about 17 hours a day :)

:lol: No worries, I think it is only showing people about to hit milestones; I'll probably show up on it in a couple weeks as I approach 100K. :D
