Diplomacy 5: Vanilla with a Twist

As a player who didn't understand the rules when he signed up, I can say it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure them out.

I seriously hope this wasn't directed at me.

Nope, not at all. It was directed at someone who can't send in legal orders...

What are you guys talking about? I am first and am only trying to put a pin on some of the more ambigous rules in there!

I got it all straightened out.

If you want to vote kick me, you need a 2/3 majority rounded up! :P

There's nothing ambiguous about a province not existing. It's either there, apart of the game, or it doesn't exist. Period. Stop trying to invent loopholes that are pointless and stall the game.

(I just got a glitch that used a different Diplo map with all armies somehow and I thought that move might be legal.)

INFORMATION
-Methos, you didn't use all your builds, so for the sake of completeness I assumed that your unused build was "Waive build at Tri." It's just a technicality.
-There seems to be some confusion over adjustments, so let me clear this up. When it's the adjusting period, there should only be orders for builds and disbands. Spring and Fall are the only times when we actually shuffle armies and navies around the map. :p

NEXT ORDERS DUE: Thursday, March 5, 2009, at 8:00 PM PST (GMT -8)

No worries Charles, you didn't have any builds, see it says "Russia: 0" above? You need to capture Supply Centers to get builds.

Ok... Need to conquer...

OOC:
Also: Call it up for an invasion of France Peoples! They can only defend marsails against any credible threat!

To: Russia
From: The Prime Minister of England

While we are aware of the recent government change in Russia, if the new ruler of said country expects to be taken seriously we would strongly suggest replacing "Guy in Britain" with Prime Minister of Britain, or if you are too busy for simple formalities "Grand Supreme Ruler of the English Empire Backwards Logic" would suffice as well.

Perhaps he didn't read the rules, hey Lightfang?

He forgot, dearie! It happens to each of us. :p

--

I know there's been confusion from a certain player(s) about what happens now, so let me just say it loudly and clearly: this isn't a build turn, please give me orders that involve moving units around.

Thanks!
