I will build level I forts in Corsica, Sardinia and the Balearics and raise the fort in Roma to level III. I will also build a second fleet and station it in the Balearics. We will raise army quality to XII (12) and naval quality to VIII (8). (Shouldn't my naval quality already be level 2?) The I sestertius or so remaining can go in culture.

As mentioned above, the Republic will claim Raetia via natural border expansion and wishes to settle Epirus.

Carthage claims the final province in Iberia, and spends all money on culture.

We claim Epirus and Cyprus.
We would also like to renew our offer of buying Crimea off the Illyrian God-Kingdom.

The Vindex people of The Steppes failed in their invasion of The Bactrian Kingdom! The Bactrian Kingdom offers peace to their neighbours, one that involves tribute. This offer was turned down and the war continues.

The Bactrians raise new armies and build forts in all provinces before launching a counter invasion.

I'm willingly succeeding it to your Trojan empire. My price was the defensive pact we now find our two nations in.

Egypt is on it's last legs. Basically now a city state the next move may be the last.

Sarmatia claims = Constantinople & Illyria
Rus claims = Constantinople & Illyria

Illyria cares nothing for the Epirus province. The God-King would however support it's friends the Romans or the Trojans over the violent Constantinople.

Illyria gives this message to Darth Caeser: "Get off our landmass! I stated early on in my empire that I wouldn't bother you as long as you stayed in your area and didn't try to take any of our land. Sarmtia was supposed to be claimed last turn with Taurica instead going to the Trojans. The only reason you can attempt this theft now is because of a mix up."

Currently, our land claims are as follows:

2. Babylonia

We will be willing to negotiate Sumeria, but we would please like a provisional claim on Sumeria.

We would like to spend 3 gold upgrading Albania to a Level 4 province, 3 gold on upgrading Pontus to a level 4 province and 3 gold on upgrading Kolchis.

Then We would like to spend a further 12 gold in total upgrading each of those provinces to level 4 provinces, making a total of 21 gold spent thus far.

The rest We would like to spend on culture, if we could.

Also, We would like to scorn ourselves for not spending all our income last turn! Bah!

Umm, I don't see a map that reflect this. Could you please provide a map to prevent this error?

Claims (Due because I only have access to an old map. Im going to go on a few variables here):

The province marked with a ?. If it's already claimed or there is a double claim. Disregard the claim and use the claim marked by the ALT next to the islands.

I assume you were going of the map on page 1 or something? That one hasn't been updated. Instead you can see the up to date map in post #176 in a spoiler section that says "Map -Territories"

Arabia, the province with a ? on it hasn't been claimed so you should be able to have that one
