CTD Immediately after AI trade request - 100% reproduceable

I've got a repro'able crash to desktop every time after the AI requests I give them a tech and I say no. Clicking the 'farewell' option to close the box results in a CTD.

I have the most uptodate drivers, windows updates, patches, etc. I've cleared cache several times, I've tried fiddling with the ini settings recommended in other posts - no success.

Repro:
1. Load attached saved game.
2. End your turn.
3. At the beginning of the next turn the Egyptian player will suggest a trade. Say No and then Farewell.
4. CTD

Oops - here's the save.

Fixed it myself. Foudn through logging that Asoka's portrait wasn't loading. I uninstalled/reinstalled and fixed it. This is the second time I've had to do this to fix a crash in 3 days.
