Although i haven't entirely abandoned the other scenario idea, i think if it is to be done it will have a very smaller map, and a lot less cities.

But this is a thread about a scenario concerning the ressurection of the Byzantine Empire after the fourth crusade

I really can use all other help i can find, such as finding the correct units, writing the civilopedia, composing unit stats etc.

I'll dig through my Byzantine military sources (might take a couple of weeks - I'm already behind on zipping up and posting your 1st gen cities! )

The first and the second bg state were real empires . The third tzardom was more like kingdom ,but ruled by Tzar. So medieval Bulgaria was an Empire .

I need a map of the tribes in the rum seljuk domain.

I added three civs, Despotate of Rhodes, Monemvasia and Dutchy of Phillipoupolis, making the total 25 civs, so there is still room for 6

Down of your citation you ll find the timeline of the 16 European Empires . . 600 km2 on the Balkans are worth more than 2 milion km2 sand of Africa or Arabia ,and there were at least 10 different ethnic groups in the Bulgarian Empire . I don,t say it was huge ,but in military power was a factor for over 500 years. The title Emperor was recognized by the Pathriarh of Constantinople to Simeon of Bulgaria . Turks came to the Balkans 700 years after establishment of Bulgarian state , so it is difficult for them to understand the early middle ages . So Bulgaria was an Empire in all aspects and not only for 10 years like Serbia did .

You could still try and show it in decline, by maybe having a weaker army, high corruption and unhappiness, etc.

im going to have to go out and buy this civ 3 game soon as i get more surplus. but i had a hugh clerical error. i thought i had 6,033 in my safe box turns out its only 5,733 after i get another month and i do get 6,000 or more in the box ill buy the game but right now my spending money is very low. my goal is 26,000 so i can become a day trader and make 1% daily and tripple my money every 3 years starting 2018 AD by 2030 ill have 1 million USD.

remeber im not like you im a american my family has been in the country for very long time came here in the 1600s to 1830's period im 6th generation to the 1830's people. so i work with US dollars. dont worry in july ill buy CIV 3 on Ebay its all good. by then my Test of time exstended original will be finished it will have a hugh world with no antartica. covering 116,000 or so Tiles of Space. im studying world population sizes as best as i can i did break the rank 99 class size barriar and now city regions with 50 million are realistic. but still no dice on making a realisticly populated bangledesh. if i do get rid of antartica ill probably try make bangledesh somewhat bigger then it is now which will change sizes of countries in ASIA
