--No futher city growth possible, reassign citizen on irrigated tile to work bonus tile or mine. Note that corruption will eat up the production in short term.

Kells - Library (5), Temple (30), Pikeman (15)
--Reassign citizen on irrigated tile NW of city to forest tile, growth will occur in 8 turns, and library will complete 4 turns sooner.

--Reassign one citizen to bonus grassland NW of city. Will halt starvation.

South Doughnut Coast

Nothing much new here, though there are a few changes. After the Padmativa settler is built, start a pikeman, just in case. The new city should begin work on a pike or spear (I'm not sure if it'll be connected) at once. If possible, rush build, for security's sake.

As for workers, I appreciate it if irrigation could be brought over from Palanthus.

Keep a vigilent eye on the South Doughnut Front. Ths would be the first area struck by Persian forces.

Settler Instructions
Please use the horseman near Satsuma to escort the Settler in the area the rest of the way home.

The settler that recently left Bremershaven should move according to this poll. If the "winning" destination is taken by a rival nation, or for some other reason unavailable, redirect to the "runner-up" location. If this poll fails to reach quick-poll quorum levels (11 votes), then the preference for sites will be sites 'P', then 'H'.

There should also be a settler coming out of Padmativa pretty soon. Please settle it according to this poll. If this poll fails to reach quick-poll quorum levels (11 votes), then the preference for sites will be 'A*', then 'H' (unless taken by the other settler), then 'I'. Do not move this settler until it has a sufficient escort to protect it.

Budget Items
All upgrades from Spearmen to Pikemen are approved as long as funds are available.
Rush the Barracks in Sturmandrang and the Temple in Palanthus, provided it doesn't deplete our funds below the 200gp barrier.
Maintain a minimum balance of 200gp as an emergency fund in the event we need to rush a defensive unit somewhere.
 
Military Instructions - 460AD


1. Send veteran knight west of Osaka to take out Aztec settler/spear. Both knights then head for Nara. They should protect workers we get from captured settler until we get peace w/Japan.

2. 2 veteran knights east of Octivinium should head back toward Xochicalco.

3. Upgrade horsemen NE of New Falcon's Nest in Octivinium, not NFN. They will cover more ground to Xochicalco before ending turn on upgrade.

4. Send knight NE of Sturmandrang to keep tabs on Chinese settler.

5. Do not send elite units into battle until Richthoffen has built wonder.

6. In the preturn---move army on way to Tokyo NE to head off russian advancement.

7. Tokyo: Army, sword and 2 knights to meet on hill south of Tokyo, fortify and strike on turn wonder is built(or turn after). Take out any approaching units. Once Tokyo falls, these units should head west for Nara.

8. novgorod units--fortify and stike city on turn wonder is built(or turn after). Take out any approaching units.

9. If FP is chosen, Kyoto should start knight production(wheteher FP is in that city or not.)

10. When we take Nara, sue for peace to get all cities but capital(should be kagoshima). Clear this with eyrei....

11. We should start upgrading our spears to pikes. This should be done by a sending pikeman from inland city to Padmativa and having Padmativa's spear head to nearest barracks for upgrade. Repeat process with Palanthus, Huntington and so on....upgrade our coastal garrisons first, then borders, and work inland. It doesn't have to be one at a time. Send any that won't cause unrest or leave a city poorly defended.

12. Send horseman in Plexenburg for upgrade in Kyoto. Then send to Nara.

Although the budget doesn't seem to allow for this, I think my 3 knight upgrades are of the utmost importance. Please allow these and we should be fine for awhile.


A good part of this be started during turn 0, as many units are still active this turn. Sorry I don't have a better outline this time out.

Turn 1 - Happiness Check

Watch Palanthus, it might riot on this turn.

Dacula expands on this turn, see if you can move teh tile on the roaded grasslands to the coast. We may or may not get 1 more gpt out of it.

New PDX expands this turn, but keep the worked tiles in the lake and on the mined incense so it can build the barracks quicker
