@Eyrei - If you look at my two acceptance pols (Both Domestic and Science). They have never passed the Quarum of 16 and thus the measure Fails. It looks like thoes two polls will never budge so I decided to go for as a Deputy Govenor (Since No one would have a problem with that since they cannot vote in COuncil votes )
