This screenshot of the civ3 editor is showing at apolyton..

Firaxian Mike Breitkreutz had these comments:
"The editor screenshot is old. It looks basically the same but a lot of the terminology has been changed and some items have been added/removed. The Great Persons Mood Modifiers are not referring to the citizens. This was a concept we were toying with that has since been removed."

But it does look promising, don't you think?

IT certainly looks as though we've been given a heap of added flexibility. But it does look outdated (spies?)

If only I could click on the other areas!

If rules can be changed so easily, how can we be sure that all games submitted to Hall of Fame or Game of the Month were played using the same rules?

Good point. But my guess will be that you can see that; like you can see now when someone has used the cheat mode. I mean, there are standard rules, so if anyone deviates from that it will probably be noted in the score or so...

Looks cool!

TF this editor will probably a game verification option, so that you could see wich rules have been used. I hope so Anyway, if it's not implented I think a good programmer could do it.
