For the blue color it doesn`t matter, but it matters for colors of other civs (yellow, red, green), then they could become lighter, more vivid and more distinctive.
Excellent Korean unit there, Shiro. He'd work perfectly for an early Joseon elite infantry. Armor was mostly reserved for elite soldiers in the Joseon period. Or he could serve as a Goryeo soldier or even a Jurchen Jin soldier as well.
That masked warrior looks interesting. I'm guessing he's Southeast Asian?
The Korean infantry unit's armor is also a bit close to later Jurchen Jin / Manchu Qing armor. Have you considered making it into a Bannerman unit? CivArmy made a "Bannerman," but it's not exactly accurate.
That's a Bannerman without the armor. The pics you had earlier that you referred to as "Sino-Mongolian" is what a Bannerman with armor would look like.
