Quest failing with update - way to console-trigger them?

Hi!

is there any way to trigger Quest?

I have find out that with the last update, I automatically fail the Quest I had.
If I load the game and don't recalculate the DLL stuff, the quest remains. But later on, even without recalculating, if I save and load again, the game doesn't ask me again if I want to recalculate and the Quest is gone.
