Our words are backed by Nuclear Weapons

Can some one please tell me why Firaxis got rid of "Our words are backed by Nuclear Weapons" saying, as it has been used in the passed to frighten an opponent into either backing down or the other side not playing with Chemical weapons.

I thought it was a good option to have and to maybe have again in the future.

Well, I don't know if they ever considered it such an integral part of the game. But, not knowing if the enemy has a nuke adds some risk to wanton nuclear offenses.

But it should be cool to have such hints.
Makes it more real!

You can demand stuff out of the AI, and Power is a factor that says if you will get it or not, and Nukes are worth A LOT of Power in the game.
