'm left handed - I sometimes play left handed, sometimes right handed. I swap every couple of months because I'm on the computer so much, it feels like my mouse hand is in danger of becoming deformed.

Civ 5 is easy to play left handed; the useful keyboard short cuts of cIV aren't that useful in civ 5. Only one I use is "c" because the screen tends to jump around alot.

I'm right hand and also too much on computer. So sometimes, since I destroyed my trackball, I switch and use my mouse with my left hand. I made many missclicks until I discovered I can keep left and right click as on right mouse user.

And I also dislike Civ V shortcuts.
