Assuming the two civs for BNW are Sioux and Venice:

1: Khazar
2: Mississippian
3: Somalia
4: Israel
5: Kongo
6: Cherokee
7: Grand Columbia
8: Romania
9: Vietnam
10: Sikh Empire

1. Vietnam
2. The Tamils
3. Khazaria
4. The Hittites
5. Bulgaria
6. Hungary
7. The Taino
8. The Pueblo (if they are not the 9th civ) / Mexico (if the Pueblo are the 9th civ)
9. The Kongolese
10. Nubia

Scenario civs can always be upgraded to full civs later on.

This is what I'd like to see. I don't see why they haven't done it already, to be honest.

EDIT: That said, the only non-scenario civ I can think of that I really actively *want* are the Inuit.

1. Ryukyu
2. Kongo
3. Garamantes
4. Sumer
5. Belgium
6. Khazars

I would like to see the following packs released:

DLC 1: Sumeria and the Hittites as a double pack with a revisit of the Ancient Wonders scenario.

DLC 2: "Enemies of Rome" double pack including Teuta of Illyria and Vercingetorix of the Gauls.

DLC 3: Two Native North American civs with a colonization-type scenario.

DLC 4: The Ashanti to add to our African experience, with African city graphics to boot.

DLC 5: Israel - biblical era - and the Phoenicians to add to the ancient civs experience.

DLC 6: Pericles of Athens and Leonidas of Sparta with a Greek scenario.

Ok, so I'm an ancient civs fan....;)

The gauls are celts. I don't think they will use Vercingetorix, even knowing that he is far mor interesting than Boadica as a celtic hero.

Why not Scotland with Robert the Bruce as a leader and with the fancy panties warriors as a U.U. replacing the longswordmen? rs

Israel would be an ideal civ to be in. It will add an ancient flavour and a religious perspective. I`d love to see its religion working like the Indian city system. Harder to expand its beliefs, but also harder to be converted by another civ. The U.U. would be their army that defended Massada, a replacement for swordmen with, pehamps, faith bonus with victory or bonus for defensive action.

As almost all of the civ in BNW is revealed. (7+1 from 9) The discussion about civ to be included is fall silent and some of speculation is taken down by Alphabet and City-State theory.

I start this thread to hear what civ anyone want, given that said theory aren't in effect. The DLCs is different from the expansions since there are either 1 or 2 civ included and Firaxis wouldn't do anything that cause such scale of speculation.

Discuss!

My want list (by priority)

1. Vietnam
2. Tibet
3. Sioux
4. Khazars
5. Kongo
6. Argentina
7. Khmer
8. Apache
9. Inuit
10. Ashanti

I wouldn't rule the Sioux out for BNW yet, but good list.

For me:

1. Holy Roman Empire led by Charles V
2. Frankish Empire led by Charlemagne
3. Gran Colombia led by Simón Bolívar
4. Khmer Empire led by Suryavarman II
5. Vietnam led by Bà Triệu
6. Australia led by Curtin
7. Apache led by Geronimo
8. Israel led by Solomon
9. Italy led by Victor Emmanuel II

I'd be interested in the HRE being in if they made Frederick II the leader.

Such a fascinating figure. Truly a man born before his time.

I'd support, in random order:

- Australia
- Canada
- Gran Colombia
- Inuit
- Kongo
- Sumer
- Vietnam

As for the last two, I don't have a clearcut oppinion. I guess one would have to find a European civ, although no likely suggestions spring to mind.

Italy - Why is this Civilization not in the game already
Sioux
Apache - 3 biggest and most famous Indian tribes
Cherokee
Hittites
Sumer
Kongo - Biggest Africa Nation
Gran Columbia - Just for better representation of South America without adding all the small countries
