Dear fellow Civfanatics

I recently delved into modding Civ V. When viewing the Core Database, it struck me that none of the BNW civs show up in the Civilizations Table, although they do in game.

Now, I would really like to mod the BNW civs. Thus, my question: Are they supposed to show up in the core database? Or do I need to access another database to view them?

Your kind help in this matter would be vastly appreciated!

For BNW, I think you need to be delving into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V SDK\CvGameCoreSource\CvGameCoreDLL_Expansion2.

Thanks, Browd, for your quick reply!

I found the folder you referred to. Now, which file is the database for BNW?

It should be a .db-file, right?

All I can see is tons of .h-, .cpp- & some .vc(x)proj- & one .rc-file.

Searching the folder for .db-files yielded no results.

I AM looking for a .db-file, right?

That is beyond my expertise. I would suggest that you ask in the Creation & Customization forum. home of the modding community.
