Interim Governor MOTH has informed me of the possibility of rushing a defensive fortification (read: Walls) at Gerunshi. It would cost 12 Gold out of our 42.

Poll will last 48 Hours. A brief discussion of the immediate merits of the walls was in the latter posts of my Office Thread.

Gerunshi needs this! It's surrounded by 2 civs, and has 1 spearman! It is unlikely this city will grow to size 6 soon as it is surrounded by unirrigated plains. You have 12 gold to spare.
