1. raze all captured cities
2.we are nomatic and we cant settle closer than 18 spaces from each of our cities

i think we should start with 5/6 people should join but we could go up to 8 if they want and 2 replacements

I don't know, I think this variant is too extreme. Losing the capital hurts quite a bit.

May I suggest the Genghis Khan custom mod/scenario that comes with C-IV: Warlords instead?
