This is how it works:
Every civ starts with 10 points. You will cast votes in this system here:
2 positive votes
and
2 negative votes
(your 2 best civs and your 2 worst civs of the remaining ones)

Positive votes give +1
Negative votes give -2

Oh man, Greece is taking a shalacking too. I actually like Greece. Philosophical is one of my favorite traits, and aggressive makes for easier warmongering. The Phalanx is average at best, but their UB is one of the best, and early enough to be really effective.

America is already nr. 24 so

I think it will be best if you just vote for 3 positive civs and 3 negative and I add them to my list. I think fewer people would cast their votes if they had to do all the fuzz of plusing and minusing and all...don't know :confused:
