Custom Avatars for all!!!

Ok everyone! I have heard all your whinings and decided to allow custom avatars for all!

The only requirement is you need to have at least 300+ posts on the forum. The dimension limit is 65x65 pixels and size limit is 4 KB.

And,

- No porn avatars
- No animated avatars

Go to your User CP --> Edit Options and click that "Change Avatar" link to give yourself a custom avatar NOW!

Way to whine people! So uh TF, does this mean I can't have any PCR below 300 once I reach it again? IF I were to have a custom? My custom future lies in the hands of Matrix anywho...

LOL, never again can you have a 0.....unless you get to 300, select a custom avatar and then get reset to 0 again. The custom avatar would probably stick then.....
