For some reason, some of the mods on Civ4 BtS (Next War, Charlemagne sometimes.) act up. They are perfectly fine until in the middle of the launch-loading process, where it's loading the game. Then the screen flashes from lighter black to dark black. Over and over again. And when i go to the task manager while it's happening, it shows multiple BtS windows are open.
