Help with video problems

Heya all

Recently switched to Mac and picked up Civ IV and BTS

I installed Civ IV and patched and started it up but didn't play because i was waiting for BTS. Today, i finally got a copy of BTS. Installed and patched

However I am having some video problems. They are intermittent and weird. Did not run into anything close to this on PC Civ IV/BTS

I am running a MBP 13" 2.53 GHz 4GB ram NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256mb

Snow Leopard 10.6.3

BTS is patched to 3.19

any help appreciated!

I recommend setting Anti-aliasing to zero in the Options->Graphics screen. If it is non-zero, that is the usual reason for your first problem of missing faces.

Try that first, and see if it cures the other problems as well.

Of course, if it is already zero then we're back to the drawing board!

Worked great and solved pretty much all the video issues.
