After much careful consideration, I had to go with Age of Imperialism... That scenario is just WOW!

I decided on EFZI2, because it combines incredible units+civpedia with seamless gameplay and little wait time. I regret not being able to nominate other amazing mods, but this is the decade award, so there are obviously some incredible pieces of work.

I remember Warhammer was unbelievably awesome when it came out, I was like 13 and it blew my mind! Haha, but EFZI2 is my favorite; it's really fun, well-done and funny. I kept thinking about it even after I stopped playing Civ 3! Kudos to King Arthur and Vuldacon for a great mod.

Go Vuldacon! I'm glad that my lousy mod got a few votes, considering the competition. ;)
