I appreciate the concern, but I really don't think it will be an issue, since it's a reference to a silly and non-graphic bit of pop culture. I have PM'd a mod as a formality, and with great sorrow I would be willing to change it.
Edit: And the mod said it's fine. My sincerest apologies to anyone deeply offended by the word "nipples."
