We know you’re tired of multiplayer games being scrapped because of quitters. Our Discord group is a perfect solution to that!
We’re a very community-focused group. We don’t have any complicated sign-up requirements. You can join the Discord and be in a game in t-minus 12 seconds, promise! We keep a game history and track wins/losses for you and provide cool weekly and daily quests to spice things up but we’re more focused on having fun than keeping score.
We really pride ourselves on being a community-run group. Our admins and mods are here to make playing the game as fun as possible for you!
The Civ League has merged with Civ League Players
We also have a Facebook group, a Twitter page, and a Steam group that we’d love for you to part of!

Q: Do you guys use mods?
A: Most of our games we go with vanilla because there are just less issues but we have plenty of members that do form mod games!
Q: What timezone do you guys play in?
A: We have members from literally all over the world! You can pretty much always find a game with us.
Q: Am I good enough to be in a league?
A: We have literal masters and people that just got around to picking up the game last week. There is absolutely no pressure to perform
Plus we’re great teachers and we promise we won’t pick on you for being new!
Q: What if communication through voice chat wasn’t an option?
A: That’s okay! If you’re not much for chatting we don’t have any problem with that at all! The main value of being in a group like ours is that we can continue games in case of disconnects and we penalize quitters so you know that you’ll be able to actually finish games. Voice chat is just a fun extra feature
Q: Do I have to play a certain amount of hours a week/month?
A: Nope! We’re here when you’re available but there’s no pressure at all to play when you don’t feel like it. However! We do have daily | weekly | lifetime quests that can be completed to gain League EXP. This is to show everyone how much you enjoy this group! And the extra added awesomeness that we provide for the players.
Q: Is there a certain amount of hours required for playing?
A: We do play our games in one sitting. Most of the games played in our league last and are usually long. There are ways to leave the game, if you are feeling irrelevant, and we have other members who are quite cooperative. They grow with us, as we continue to grow.
Q: Do I need the DLC to play in this league?
A: No siree! | No ma’am!
