The Marathas were originally there in DOC but Leoreth had them removed . They weren't a separate civ though, just the Indian civ respawned. It would be a respawn of the India civ and nothing more so its a different possibly simpler procedure.

isn't the indus valley civ in doc if you look at the civs that start with agriculture?

1) we were talking about civs in doc, and it reminded me of this one for some reason
2) you can see them in the civlopedia if you look at agriculture
