I think that he is just showing one of the frame of the animation transposed over the preview.

Look at the white triangles around the worker to see what it looks like in game.

BTW, using it and it works great, thanks!

It started me thinking, would it be hard to double the number of triangles, having 8 of them 45 degrees apart, opposed to 4 of them 90 degrees apart.

It is not all that impressive in the preview pic, but in-game, it is quite delightful.
