I placed captured asteroids next to cislunar colonies. Still no luck. Could you take a look now and see if it could be something else? Do I still have a chance to supply the required prerequisites or did I miss my opportunity? Thanks for all of your efforts, raxo.

Captured Asteroids also can place Captured Asteroid building in Earth

They can place buildings on Earth.
I guess I'll change all unit rewards to be normal buildable buildings.
I think AI and @Yudishtira also would be happy.

Some buildings can be built in both ways:
Trough space reward unit, or by building it normally, so while space reward units will be unchanged, all those buildings will be buildable normally

EDIT: Now in latest SVN you can build all buildings, that were obtainable only trough mission rewards before.
