Brave New World problem

Just bought BNW on steam really cheap but when I played my first game with it, the thing I absolutely hate where the mouse touches the edge of the screen and it drags it was switched on and I can't find where to turn it off

It's a bug - it came in in G&K, was fixed, and is now back in less severe form; it happens if you end a turn while your mouse is touching the edge of the screen, or if you try to move the screen while other turns are processing. Just click anywhere on the minimap; it will centre and stay there (in G&K it didn't, which is why the BNW one is less severe).
