Bug in 1.12?

Hi folks,

Suddenly I cannot assign units to positions in one of my cities. This is with AoD2 v. 1.12. I can remove folks from asignments, but can't add them. This is a real problem since it's a young city and isn't properly set up yet.

I've attached a "before" and "after" game showing the bug. It's in the city of Greenville.

Can anyone help? This is kind of a gamestopper.

Do you have enough food in the city? If you have a food deficit and not enough food in storage you can't add new citizens. Move the ones in the city in food tiles, then add new ones (I don't know if this is the case, I haven't checked your save).

OMG you're right! I'm pretty new to C4C - what can I say. It's the first time I've experienced this per se.
