Burning jungle after Bronze Working

Is there a reason why I can't burn jungles after the discovery of Bronze Working or is this a bug?
I can't burn forests either but that's not needed since I can cut them with BW. Do I have to burn unneeded jungles before BW or have to wait for Iron Working?

That is a bug. I will fix it. (I'm going to try to compile a build tomorrow. I've got LOTS of stuff that's going to be changed.)
