if you look in your conquests Art folder, you will find another art folder. All the goodies are in there and you have to move them by yourself to the correct locations.
note that the Diplomacy screen only occurs in the Art folder for the vanilla version so you will have to move that stuff to that folder for it to work.
It is a great interface but it is a lot of work to get it to the right places. it is just so beautiful that I count it worth the effort. I am still looking for my "terrain info" box. it's there somewhere.
