Can't Build Artillery

Even though I have an Arsenal, the option to build artillery is not there. Artillery simply is not shown in the Build screen, only cannon. I'm playing Netherlands. Am I msssing something?

the Netherlands civ does not exist in civ rev you're in the wrong forum

(the only game i know where you can build an arsenal is age of empires 3, maybe you're even on the wrong site)

I think this thread should have ben posted in the Colonization forum. In that case, you can't build artillary because they are the special unit of the European motherlands that replase cannons.

Apologies to all including mods, I should have been in the Colonization forum. Got my Revs and Cols mixed up (for the second time I'm afraid).
