Can't download the instaler

I have gone to where the installation thread says to download the files, and have successfully downloaded the other two files (the media and the patch). But every time I go to click on the installer the download ends in about one second and I end up with a file with the right name as the installer. But the file is always 0 bytes and upon double clicking on it (because I figured I would try anyways) it says that is is not a valid win32 program.

Any idea on how I can download it?

I've tried multiple times and just end up with multiple 0 byte files.

Hope you all can help me. I saw this on /tg/ and decided I wanted to try it.

And apparently after I complain about it it fixes itself.

Don't worry about thinking of a fix it's downloading just fine now.

Must of just been a technical issue that lasted a few minutes, and me just being unlucky.
