Can't end turn

Okay so, I recently started using Vox Populi mod and it will randomly stop letting me end my turn and the button does absolutely nothing, is there a fix for this?

I can't offer any help since I have never used that mod but just in a regular game I have had this happen when I have traded away a city that still needed something added to the production queue. Even though it was traded to an AI who I would think would add to that queue since the city was mine at the start I guess it sees it as still mine until that turn is actually over.
