Wondering if there is a mod, or what code I would need to do to have City-States randomly go to war with a neighboring city state.
Always felt that city-states should had the problems of big civs, so randomly they would fight and pillage resources big civs are using or require big civs to send in peacekeepers to keep them from pillaging each other
