city view & aqueducts

i only bought conquests today so im a newbie wit it, but in the 'view city' option (the eye button) the city improvements and wonders that come wit conquests arent appearing, is this a bug? it doesnt affect gameplay but is v annoying. also some of my cities did not need the aqueduct to grow above 7 which is unusual. i havent found any other major bugs as yet.
am i just being dumb or is it the game?

The artwork for the new C3C improvements in the city view was deliberately left out.

Cities founded on a river or adjacent to a freshwater lake do not need an aqueduct to grow beyond size 6.

The reason there was no artwork created for the city was to concentrate resources on gameplay, which is fine by me. Enjoy conquests, it's great.
