CIV 5: Complete Edition

I have a question about my retail version of the game. I purchased the Complete Edition at Wal-mart a while ago. I installed it the next day. It does show up in my Steam library. I uninstalled a month ago. My question is could I just click the install button in my library page for the game and get everything that was on the disc, or do I have to use the disc to reinstall it?
