Hello,
I've had Civ 5 since the first day and have been able to play it.
I'm on Windows 7.
I had to do a System Restore on Friday and went back to a restore point in February.
Since then, I have had no end of trouble with Civ 5.
I was having an issue with Map Overlay - reinstalling seemed to resolve that.
This morning, the Launcher stopped working. I've reinstalled (this time from Steam) and it still doesn't work. I've tried launching from the file on the DVD.
