CivCity 4: A One-City-Challenge Interactive Game

Alright, I'll try Totestra.

Now, the important question is: what type of government do we want?

Elect a leader: Like RT's America game, every few turns, a leader will be elected based on various policies.
Realpolitik: Using the Realpolitik ruleset that was used a while ago.
Ministerial: Like Adraj Bose's India game, players will apply for ministry positions and submit recommendations to the leader (me).

If you want to propose another type, that's also fine.

Elect a leader - 0
Realpolitik - 0
Ministerial - 5

Ministerial government wins.

This should change with the government structure, so as we start with Despotism, I believe we should start with Adhiraj's a Tryst Ministerial method

Ministerial because Realpolitiks are too much work and elections are sort of not good for something like this.

Clearly, as this is based off of Simcity (4 and earlier because SimCity 2013 just sucks) all positions should be based on Llamas. You are the Grand Llama and we are the Cria of (insert position title) and are subservient to the Grand Llama. Cria is a baby llama.

The Llama is the official animal of the Greek City-State now. It's been ages since I played SimCity4...

And it's more the name than anything (it is an OCC so I thought referencing SimCity would be pretty funny).

Yeah I know but I couldn't resist :p I love SimCity 3000 Unlimited and SimCity 4 so much.

When I was in kindergarten, I loved watching my uncle play SimCity on his computer. I have some fond memories of it, so this story deserves my sub. :p

Alright, Ministerial government clearly wins. I'm going to roll up a good start this afternoon. In the meantime, the 4 government positions available are:

Minister of Work: Assigns citizens to tiles and specialists, also decides on work project if not a unit.
Minister of Finance: Decides the tech/culture/espionage rate and what to research.
Minister of Explorations/Diplomacy: Decides where to send exploring units and does all foreign stuff.
General: Decides what to do with military units and what to produce if it is a unit.

State your interested position. It is first come first serve. For the sake of simplicity, everything will be done on this thread.

I will be running as Mortimer Green for Minister of Finance.

Also, I always thought this guy was a woman for my entire childhood. I didn't know Mortimer is a guy's name so now I just see a woman. I think it's because of the hair and the general facial structure. :p

Boooo he isn't from any SimCity! :p

I remember everything :D I loved the alarm system

So current update is:

Ministerial position up for grabs: Military General
Minister of Finance: Mortimer Green (caterpillarking)
Minister of Work: Alastair Pappalogos (Sprictum)
Foreign/Exploration Minister: Incurable Warmonger (jackelgull)

I'll be... watching...

Here our our settings to confirm (Totestra didn't work for me, it produced all grassland):

And here is our starting spot after several regens:

Ministers, submit your decisions, which will be:
General/Minister of Work: Decide on what the work project will be.
Minister of Work: Decide where to assign our citizen.
Minister of Exploration: Decide on where to send our scout.
Minister of Finance: Decide on our research project.
