I am currently running version 1.0.3.279 of Civ 5, with all the DLC. I also have the No Quitter's Mod (version 12.2), MC's Polynesian Civilization Pack (v.3), and the Enhanced User Interface mod (version 1.28g). When I'm playing a single player game, after saving and reloading, my courthouses do nothing. I've tried selling and repurchasing them in game, and it doesn't change the unhappiness. I will be fine in happiness once I save, but once I load the game back up I'm sitting around 30+ unhappiness, unable to proceed. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you in advance.
