What happens if we start a wonder prebuild in a city and then gift it to nuts? is that allowed? are the shields lost? please forgive the questions, but its been a long time since i actually played civ3.

BTW, whomp's bears and tubby's tigers are gaining good karma by them suffering through this endgame...
