I've read (and experienced a bit) that in BNW you get big diplo penalties for a super long time if you so much as take one capitol. When I took this screenshot I had decimated William, Casimir and Caesar. Everyone else is friendly and I don't have a single diplomatic modifier related to war. How can this be?

btw that was halfway serious, but looking a bit closer you're not yet directly threatening Greece or Shoshone and seems by taking out Caesar you've eliminated both Egypt and America's biggest threat.
