Force release vassal mod

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong board but it seemed like a good place to put this. Can anyone point me towards a mod that allows you to force release a capitulated or vassal state? They're useful early on, but often times when you want to warmonger later in the game, if they're your vassals your just SOL. Any ideas?
